❓FAQs

Who is this course for?

This is a course for product professionals (Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, etc) who want to start implementing workshops to their processes or add some facilitation to their toolkit.

Why should I learn facilitation?

Facilitation is about bringing people together. It's a flexible skill that you can use for helping your team find a decision, for capturing different points of view or even for getting the creative juices flowing.

Facilitation has been my secret recipe for career growth. I managed to get more clients, enhance growth and to position myself as someone who enables collaboration, as someone who gets projects unstuck.

Why should I even listen to you? Who are you?

I’m a UX Researcher and a Facilitator. I facilitated more than 250 workshops and trained more than 20 teams in facilitation techniques.

You absolutely do not have to listen to me but believe me that facilitation has changed not only the way my clients work but also my career altogether.

Do I need to have any previous experience? Do I need to be extroverted to facilitate?

The recipes in this course are ready-made, plug&play, and include all the instructions so anybody, regardless their background, can facilitate them.

Also you don’t need to have a certain personality type to facilitate, let’s get rid of that myth once and for all. ANYBODY can facilitate with the right training and tools.

Why is this course only €60? What's missing in this course that those other courses charge so much for?

My ethos for building products is to make the content and knowledge affordable and accessible to as many people as possible.

No fancy production here. I don't have a camera person, I don't record this in a set and it isn't shot on some big budget. I don't even edit.

Some people craft courses like classical music, with an orchestra.

This is punk rock right there.

Best,

Julian Della Mattia
